Librado: Lead Service Technician Librado is a Phoenix, AZ native who moved to the triangle when his wife took a job with Duke. He has a degree in HVAC, is NATE certified and has been in service for years. |

Harold: Service Technician Harold has been in the HVAC industry since 2002. He is NATE certified and also brings his system design experience to the team. |

Josh: Service Technician/Installer Josh is a Buffalo, NY native with a background in plumbing. He is our lead mechanic and installer. | ||

Rod: Service/QA/Electrical Rod has a background in commercial HVAC and refridgeration. He also spent years as a tech support specialist with Carrier Corporation. |
Install

Lee: Install Supervisor/Project Manager
Lee has been with All American for eight years. He has been in the industry for over 15 years. Lee is an outdoorsman and avid garderner. |

Melvin: Lead Install Technician Melvin brings years of experience in service and installation to the team. On weekends, you'll find Melvin putting in extra time with the service department. |

Charles "CD:" Install Technician CD grew up in the area and now makes his home in Rolesville. His family owns a catering business and in his free time he enjoys hunting. |

Santos: Install Technician Santos has been with All American since 2004. He has a degree in pharmacology and worked as a pharmacist in Mexico before moving to the US in 2001. Santos plans to retire at the end of this year. |

System Design

Jason T: HVAC/Geothermal System Design Jason is our residential system design expert. He has roots in Pittsburgh, PA. |

Matt: HVAC System Design Matt joined the All American team in 2010 and is BPI certified. Matt handles most traditional system design. He makes his home in Knightdale and spends his free time golfing. |
Office

Chris: President / Owner With over 27 years of service experience, Chris got his start in Manhattan, servicing everything from office building chillers to restaurant coolers. Chris founded All American Heating and Air in 2001. |

Sharon: Service Coordinator and Accounts Pay/Rec. Sharon moved to North Carolina from New York. She keeps the office organized and the team in line. |

Joe: Warehouse Joe is a Raleigh native and joined All American in 2009. He fills in with the install team on occasion and keeps the warehouse in order. |
