All American took time to answer any and all questions I had. (Technical and General). They explained the differences in SEER ratings and the equipment (2 stage comp. vs 1 stage comp.) All of their help is friendly. They also put own drop cloths to keep the house clean. All rooms seem very balanced in regard to temperature.

The installation contractor for this job was All American Heating and Air Conditioning (Raleigh, NC). This installation was to replace an under warranty Trane system they had recently installed but was not performing well. We were extremely satisfied with their willingness to diagnose and attempt repair on this relatively new system. When the diagnosis confirmed a manufacturer defect in our system, the conclusion reached between All-American and Trane was to replace all defective portions of the system. We feel very fortunate to a contractor (All-American) and an outstanding manufacturer (Trane) stand behind their products and workmanship. I will always use Trane and All-American for my heating and cooling needs. I refer them both to all my friends and family. Well done!

Just wanted to let you know how pleased the wife and I with the installation of the new heating/ac system. Our house seems to be much more comfortable at all levels of the house, as well, you definitely achieved our objective of getting the noise level down at the "social area" of the outside. the aesthetics of the outside unit and wiring/copper tubing, is above what our expectations were and the improved air flow out of the air handler seems to have made a big difference.

I also enjoyed watching all the guys work, they all were professional yet seem to enjoy themselves. Pretty good team ya'll got there. :)

All American Heating and Air really saved us in a heating crisis. Our heat pump completely working during the coldest time of year. New to the area, we did not have a maintenance contract with any company. The guys from All American checked out the broken system, gave their best advice, and completely replaced the old system (which had been replaced numerous times unsuccessfully by another company) in record time. All American came when they said they would, had an entire new system assembled, installed, and running within days, and they were done exactly on budget when they said they would be done. We were thrilled to have a new, warm, energy efficient system up and running so quickly, in such tough circumstances. I appreciate their hard work, and we have never had a service call on the new system (nearly a year later). It all works flawlessly. I would recommend All American to anyone-a very professional group of folks.

Since moving into our home our downstairs heat-pump has performed poorly. The unit pushes out room temperature air and nothing more. I contacted several heating and air firms in Raleigh for an estimate on replacing the downstairs unit. Estimates ranged from 3500 to 7500 dollars. All American came out to survey the heat-pump and with a little chuckle informed me that the unit could be fixed without replacing the entire unit. The person(s) who had previously installed our heat-pump had performed the installation improperly. The unit was installed with disregard to standards and practices befitting a heating and air contractor. All Americans' price was considerably less. So much less that it made me chuckle. The installation or re-installation was scheduled. The crew showed up a few minutes early the day of the install. They laid down clothes to prevent any undue damage or spread of debris through out our downstairs. The crew kept me informed of what was going on and when certain task would be completed. They were polite, efficient, and very effective. They added a new air vent and a programmable thermostat as well. All of which has made a huge difference in my families downstairs experience. Now on those chilly winter days and nights we can come downstairs without the concern of the bitter cold that in the past has kept us upstairs not allowing us to utilize our whole house. It's now toasty and warm where needed.
