The owner of All American Chris installed my upstairs HVAC system 16 years ago (2005). He did a great job and was VERY clean. This time I went straight to them again without getting a second quote. This time Melvin came did the same great job and the post install cleaning was just as I remember as Chris did it 16 years ago. I call that solid business consistency and integrity. The install guys are all professional, experienced and courteous. I anticipate my downstairs HVAC will need replacement in a couple of years. Guess whom I’m gonna call again ? We are so pleased with this company and the technician (Brad Schlomer) who came to look at our heating system. His estimate saves us a lot of money compared to the first estimate we received. He clearly explained what needed to be done and answered all of our safety concerns. Mr. Schlomer also offered some advice on purchasing Carbon Monoxide detectors and the appropriate placement of them. We would highly recommend this company but especially this technician.

I bought a new Gas/HVAC system from All American Heating and Air.  The people who I worked with were all top notch.  The salesman was upfront and honest.  I feel like I got a good deal.  The installers were great.  They were on time, friendly, kept me informed, worked fast and efficiently, and cleaned up everything afterwards.  The only negative thing I could say about this experience is that there was no follow up after the work was done.  I would have thought someone from the main office would have come by or called afterwards to check on the system and ask me how it all went.
