Who We Are
In 2001, a man involved in the service industry for a very long time wanted to open his own business. Chris Gray moved to North Carolina from Long Island, New York with his high school sweetheart. In his new hometown, Chris opened All American Heating & Air Co Inc. which has been in business ever since.
Growing into approximately 20 employees, this small business flourishes on the idea of tiny. We thrive in chaos and yearn to serve. Everyone agrees that their purpose is to help.
Chris opened All American to start helping Raleigh homes and businesses. We want to see that All American eagle on everything! Check out our staff page to put faces to the people who help you.
Why HVAC?
We chose HVAC because we love helping people! The All American employees feel the same way. Chris has this mission which centers around serving others. Everyone has an HVAC system, and sometimes they break. If we weren’t here, who would come fix it?
All American opened to build a family of customers. It’s not all about making money, it’s more so making sure your house or business feels comfortable enough to function in. HVAC systems are expensive. With that, we want to make sure you get the best usage out of yours.
Our reliable staff in and out of the office is what sets our company a part from the rest. Whether it be a major or minor fix, a swing by or all day project, we will be there for you. Most importantly, we want to be there.
Where do we go from here?
Our focus for 2020 is to more than double our Energy Savings Agreement members. You can join by giving us a call! We just want to help people save money on the systems that we all rely on every day. HVAC and plumbing are crucial to have, and we want to make sure you’re getting the best in the business. To save yourself time and money, contact us.
In addition, we are emphasizing our community engagement efforts. From volunteering at suicide awareness walks, to partnering with Gabi’s Grounds, we want to get even more involved. Business doesn’t end when the clock strikes 5pm. Read more on why we give back over here. ->
