Shout out to Jordan! Who was personable, professional and not pushy AT ALL! Jordan actually got there 30 minutes early while I was on the way home from work. He checked out the exterior unit while he waited for me. He told me I had one blown fuse and 2 shorts both in attic unit. I asked about the capacitor, compressor, motor oil and lifetime of the unit. He stated that he did not see any of these or other issues with the units. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using in the future for any of my needs! Always get a second opinion and never let anyone pressure you into "making a decision right now". A different company yesterday told me, my system was 10 yrs old (and conveniently should be replaced at 10 yrs), had 2 blown fuses, a short in the compressor, leaking motor oil in both units, and a bad capacitor. Either replace unit for 12k, replace parts for 5k or "bandaid" (literally the sheet said "bandaid") to replace only the fuses and shorts for 1k. Very pushy and trying to get me to let them service the unit. Meanwhile, All American Heating & Air came out and found none of those issues!

I wrote a positive review about All American approximately a year ago after they replaced my HCAC system. Once again they exceeded my expectations. We came home after an extended vacation to discover that our CAC was not working. I called the service number late on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Aggie, the owner’s wife. She was polite and sympathetic to our situation because my four month old granddaughter was at our home. All the service men were booked for the night but she somehow arranged to have Emilio arrive at our home at 8:00 PM. He was efficient and quickly analyzed the issue and repaired the CAC. I have a maintenance agreement so the service call was less than $50! The bonus was that the faulty capacitor, which is a $179 part, did not cost me anything because it was covered under my equipment warranty. I received a text from Aggie the next day inquiring whether my CAC was functioning properly. Who does that? This company is great because of its attention to detail with installations and its very impressive customer service. I would never use anyone else.

My HVAC unit was making a noise and when I called they sent someone out the same day. Josh was professional and explained everything. They fixed my unit very quickly and now we have heat. I'd recommend All American to my friends and neighbors.

My service person was on time and notes the problem shortly after arriving. He you told me everything that he was doing. She was knowledgeable and very efficient. Great service from this young man.

On time, efficient and friendly customer service! All American Heating & Air Conditioning have remained consistent with their follow up, service, maintenance and even urgent needs for over 20 years! From scheduling to service they are dependable, honest and reliable!

Melvin and the installation team are amazing. They installed two Trane units at our house and we couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail was particularly impressive - which was echoed by the city inspector that signed off on their work. We'd highly recommend AA Heating and Air.

This is totally unsolicited, but I just had to write this. We have been customers for at least 7 years, and all American has installed two new heating and AC systems on our 25 yr old plus house, a new water heater and does all of our maintenance. They are always responsive, polite and delightful to speak to. Also I asked for advice in installing a UV system and I was given proper placement, and advice in what where and how. Just from a phone call and no charge. All American has my business forever and they should have yours. Thanks everyone!

All American Heating & Air came out to our house the Friday morning I called them and we're very proactive when communicating. They solved an issue a prior company was unable to adequately address and did not try to upsell us on anything. They were very friendly and helpful in a pinch!

Excellent first experience! Jordan was fantastic! Very personable,Knowledgeable and ,Professional 3 important qualities in my book.He did a great job finding the problem and correcting it. So far we really like this company and their staff and we hope our relationship with them continues to be strong.

All-American have been looking after our HVAC for many years, and we feel taken care of! When our upstairs system stopped working recently, in a week of 90F weather, we had an engineer at the house within a couple of hours. The spare part had to be shipped. It arrived earlier than expected, and we were immediately offered an earlier installation. The work was done in a few hours, and we were cool again. Very glad to have a reliable local HVAC company.

I contacted Trane for a heating/cooling solution and this company was part of their list of authorized dealers. I had used the others and decided to try someone new. I am extremely glad that I did! They are awesome!

Had our A/C go out on a Sunday and called and they had a tech here in less than an hour. They are always prompt and a great value for their maintenance plan. I highly recommend All American for all your HVAC needs.

Excellent company to work with. Very helpful with scheduling and assigning someone to help address my concerns. Jonathan was friendly, professional and did a thorough inspection complete with pictures and recommendations. I will use again and would recommend. It's been a long few years trying to find the right company to work with and I think we finally did. I appreciate the recommendation of neighbors through our FB group that led us here.

Grayson fixed my heating issue and was very thorough, explaining what the issue was and his solution. This is the third time I've had someone from All American on a call, and they have all been excellent technicians. Highly recommend All American.

Our 27 year old A/C needed replacement. The staff at All American were very helpful. They were courteous, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and had the new unit completely installed within a week. We were very pleased with their work and recommended them to others.

I have been using this company for a year and a half. From the front office to the service techs, these guys are awesome! Natalie in the front office has always been wonderful. I have worked with a few different techs and the most recent being Lex who was the best yet. This team is very professional, responsive, and informative. Since day one they have always been honest, keeping our best interest in mind. I pay for the one year service contract and I will say it is very worth it. Just a great group of people!

I have been a customer of All American since they were just a start up in Raleigh. They are ethical and they actually know what they are doing technically. Although it took time to get the necessary part they provided me with a room air conditioner so that my dogs weren't in distress from the heat. Always excellent in their expertise and attitude.

I called All-American about noon on the Friday before the start of 4th of July weekend. Our AC had been out for the last 24 hours or so and it was getting hot. I was hoping they could get me scheduled sometime in the next day or two. But they said they would be out yet that afternoon, and within three hours Jordan gave a call and said he was on his way. A half hour of work time and things cooling down well. Sure appreciate the quick and good work.

I am so glad I found All American Heating & Air. They came out at the last minute, assessed the situation and corrected issues that another competitor made. Rates were reasonable and the technician was knowledgeable and professional. I plan on using them again in the near future!

All American is top notch! We have used them for years and always appreciative their thorough service. Mark Anthony was here today, and did a thorough inspection oft our systems.
