Great experience from start to finish. Setting an apt was easy - had availability in 24-48hrs for routine maintenance. Patrick was punctual and professional. Very informative

We had major systems problems this past week-end.
I reached All American on Sunday, using the phone# in the St Francis bulletin and they were at the house by 3 pm.
They diagnosed that the compressor had failed and professionally stated on top of the problem returning at 9 am Monday with all of the needed parts to handle the issues.
The system was fully back into operation by 11:30 am on Monday.
They also corrected a problem with the other system.
Superb service in a timely manner by excellent professionals.
5 Stars in my book.

Straightforward maintenence service and scheduling. Reasonable arrival forecast window (3 hours) with ahead of time communication for when to expect the technician (~15min ahead of time.) Polite, thorough, and happy to answer questions technician. Didn't try to push or sell anything.
