We've been using All American for over 10 years now. Their service is always professional and their prices are fair. Our AC went out, of course, on July 4th. We called their emergency line and about half an hour later, the technician was at the house and had resolved the issue. We've never been disappointed with All American and recommend them every chance we get.

The estimate that they gave me was very fair. They came when they were supposed to and had my new HVAC system installed in one day. The guys that installed it were very professional. I would highly recommend All American Heating & Air again. Very pleased.

All American is top notch! We have used them for years and always appreciative their thorough service. Mark Anthony was here today, and did a thorough inspection oft our systems. Just used this company for the first time. I'll definitely use them again. Our gas heat stopped working two days before the temperatures were supposed to drop into the single digits. Grayson arrived right on time and promptly diagnosed the problem as being the burners and recommended replacing them rather than try to clean them. I agreed with his diagnosis since the cold weather was approaching. Although he didn't have the replacement burners on hand, he located some at another facility, drove over, picked them up, and was back in a little over an hour. He quickly replaced the burners and had the heat back on in no time. Grayson and his helper were both friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Technician was courteous and solved my issue quickly. Laid out options to prevent future issues. As always the customer service folks taking my calls were friendly and set up an appt right away. I have used this group 4 times and always a great experience.

All American is a great company with professional, knowledgeable and courteous technicians. I’ve been using them for years. My technician today was Grayson and he did an excellent job on my system check up.

Jordan came over for our HVAC maintenance check. He was very thorough and explained all the potential problems we may incur. He provided us with suggestions and quoted us options. He explained the options in detail extremely well. We were very impressed with the service we received today.

I have used All American Heating and Air to service my HVAC systems in some flex space commercial buildings for over 15 years. They have always been very responsive, very knowledgeable and reliable and the quality of their work has always been excellent. I also believe that they have always been fair and equitable with me in regards to their pricing. I highly recommend them.

Our 27 year old A/C needed replacement. The staff at All American were very helpful. They were courteous, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and had the new unit completely installed within a week. We were very pleased with their work and recommended them to others.

Melvin and the installation team are amazing. They installed two Trane units at our house and we couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail was particularly impressive - which was echoed by the city inspector that signed off on their work. We'd highly recommend AA Heating and Air.

Shout out to Jordan! Who was personable, professional and not pushy AT ALL! Jordan actually got there 30 minutes early while I was on the way home from work. He checked out the exterior unit while he waited for me. He told me I had one blown fuse and 2 shorts both in attic unit. I asked about the capacitor, compressor, motor oil and lifetime of the unit. He stated that he did not see any of these or other issues with the units. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using in the future for any of my needs! Always get a second opinion and never let anyone pressure you into "making a decision right now". A different company yesterday told me, my system was 10 yrs old (and conveniently should be replaced at 10 yrs), had 2 blown fuses, a short in the compressor, leaking motor oil in both units, and a bad capacitor. Either replace unit for 12k, replace parts for 5k or "bandaid" (literally the sheet said "bandaid") to replace only the fuses and shorts for 1k. Very pushy and trying to get me to let them service the unit. Meanwhile, All American Heating & Air came out and found none of those issues!

Our HVAC system is still operational but is 30 years old. I asked for an appointment to review my options for the future, and asked if we could schedule an appointment even if I choose not to buy right away. No problem! Ryan arranged a time for inspection and followed up with a quote. No high pressure, I can tell that customer service is first and he's in business for the long term. I highly recommend American Heating and Air.

My service person was on time and notes the problem shortly after arriving. He you told me everything that he was doing. She was knowledgeable and very efficient. Great service from this young man.

Easy to obtain a service appointment to replace a furnace part. Justin, our technician, was able to come a bit earlier than scheduled. He did an excellent job and we are very happy with the service provided. Price was exactly as quoted. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

HIGHLY recommend All American. I called them after a competitor came out, diagnosed a problem, told me the broken part was NOT under warranty, gave me 3 very confusing quotes, and that it would be a few days before the part was available. I called All American first to see if they had the part in stock. Though they did not, they told me the part WAS under warranty after a quick check. That was enough for me to have them come out and do a second look. The technician was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He 'rigged' my system to provide cold air for a few days while I waited for the part (said it might not hold, but it did!) - the competitor took no initiative to do this when they had come. The quote was straight-forward, less expensive (probably due to the fact that they checked warranty) and I did not feel pressured to buy any additional maintenance package, etc. Absolutely recommend this company!!!!

Grayson responded to our after hours call very quickly. He was polite, professional, and took care to be extra quiet as we had a sleeping infant in the house. He had our heat back on in no time, which was much needed that night the low was 30 degrees!!! Thank you All American

I have been a customer of All American since they were just a start up in Raleigh. They are ethical and they actually know what they are doing technically. Although it took time to get the necessary part they provided me with a room air conditioner so that my dogs weren't in distress from the heat. Always excellent in their expertise and attitude.

The technician was right on time. He was very efficient and checked out my system in and outside. I'm very pleased with this company. Although he found no problems I'm hoping that should issues develop later that the service is as good as this time.
