HVAC technician Steve was prompt and very professional and very thorough. He addressed my concerns and invested a great deal of time checking out two systems as part of annual maintenance. He mentioned one potential future weakness that may need to be addressed in the near future. So far, very pleased with the service.

American Heating & Air has been our go-to for several HVAC repairs and ultimately a replacement. We have had a service plan with them for the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. Service has always been top notch! Natalie, who assists with scheduling, is incredible. I find myself hoping that she is the one who will answer the phone because she’s so friendly and upbeat. Always impressed with the knowledge and quality of the technicians—all have been so helpful! Special thanks to Grayson, Harrison, Tyler, and Ryan (who worked long and hard to help us find the right HVAC unit for our home in the middle of the COVID pandemic).

All American is top notch! We have used them for years and always appreciative their thorough service. Mark Anthony was here today, and did a thorough inspection oft our systems. Good pricing and service. I used them to replace my old HVAC ductwork. Very quick to respond and schedule the original walkthrough. Their rates were also very competitive and priced fairly. I priced the project with three other providers and All American were the most responsive, and honest and transparent in their quote preparation and scoping. Installation was also quick and the team performing the work was very thorough. Overall, good company and quality work product. Thank you!

Technician was courteous and solved my issue quickly. Laid out options to prevent future issues. As always the customer service folks taking my calls were friendly and set up an appt right away. I have used this group 4 times and always a great experience.

I highly recommend this company. I don’t normally write reviews, but All American has been so great to work with that i really want to support them. I started using All American when I bought my house 4 years ago. The previous owner recommended them because the house had a very old system and they had been keeping it working for years. They never tried to push a new system on me, like other companies, but respected my need to get the most life out of the old system. When I came time to get a new system, they were easy to work with, fast, and professional and the price was very competitive. I signed up for the regular service and they are pleasantly persistent when I fail to respond. The woman who calls (I can’t think of her name) is SO nice and really knows how to create a good working relationship with their clients.

The technicians always deliver great service. I have never had any issues and they are always so professional. Justin did a great job and was a pleasure to work with, especially when he had to pivot and use an alternative solution which worked out fine in the end.

Grayson responded to our after hours call very quickly. He was polite, professional, and took care to be extra quiet as we had a sleeping infant in the house. He had our heat back on in no time, which was much needed that night the low was 30 degrees!!! Thank you All American

Just completed free annual maintenance check which was included with my install. Excellent job once again. I high recommend them!

Couple weeks ago, my upstair's ac unit was blowing mild air so I cleaned condenser fins and it made a bit better, but still air was blowing mild. So I called All American H&A around 6 pm, but they were closed for the day. Next morning around 7:30 am, someone from the office called me. I told them issue I have with my ac unit and what I did to fix the cooling issue. To my surprise, they recommend me to change filters to see if it makes any different because any restriction in filters may freeze the system. Ever since then, my ac is working normal. Thanks to them, I saved unnecessary expenses. Prior to calling them, I called one of their competitor and they want to charge me over $125 just to come out to my house and plus any repair bill. All American heating has earned my future businesses and I highly recommend them.

Our 27 year old A/C needed replacement. The staff at All American were very helpful. They were courteous, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and had the new unit completely installed within a week. We were very pleased with their work and recommended them to others.

Grayson is awesome. Setting up my service was a walk in the park with Aggie and I hope i get her name correct, Natalie. Then comes Grayson. Most profession, very thorough. Found things that should have been handled long before it was our house, not the unit, instead duct work and drainage. We are on a slab so we feel better now that we aren't likely to be replacing ceilings and walls. BEST IN RALEIGH, in our book and we have gone through several.

I have been on a maintenance program with All American Heating and Air for a dual heating and air system for the last 4.5 yrs. Prior owner had previously used. I have been extremely pleased with this company. The technicians are always on time and the company is always responsive regardless of the issue and they get it done. The scheduling/billing staff is exceptionally responsive and polite. They aren’t trying to sell you equipment you don’t need like some hvac vendors. This past week when a 3-foot copperhead was found wrapped all inside a Trane heat pump making it unrepairable, they arrived first thing the next morning to install a new one. Impressive performance. I have a home warranty program with another company and even when items would be covered, All American is the only company I trust to diagnose and fix an issue. I highly recommend them. Mitchell W.

The technician was right on time. He was very efficient and checked out my system in and outside. I'm very pleased with this company. Although he found no problems I'm hoping that should issues develop later that the service is as good as this time.

We’ve been using All American Heating & Air since the summer of 2020. They installed a new HVAC system and ducts for our home’s new addition and existing house renovation. We also have utilized their bi-annual maintenance service and have been very happy with all of their services. Lex was here today for scheduled maintenance and he was on time, provided great customer service, explained everything he was doing, reset our thermostats, and was very patient with our questions. We are highly satisfied with All American and most definitely would recommend.

I wrote a positive review about All American approximately a year ago after they replaced my HCAC system. Once again they exceeded my expectations. We came home after an extended vacation to discover that our CAC was not working. I called the service number late on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Aggie, the owner’s wife. She was polite and sympathetic to our situation because my four month old granddaughter was at our home. All the service men were booked for the night but she somehow arranged to have Emilio arrive at our home at 8:00 PM. He was efficient and quickly analyzed the issue and repaired the CAC. I have a maintenance agreement so the service call was less than $50! The bonus was that the faulty capacitor, which is a $179 part, did not cost me anything because it was covered under my equipment warranty. I received a text from Aggie the next day inquiring whether my CAC was functioning properly. Who does that? This company is great because of its attention to detail with installations and its very impressive customer service. I would never use anyone else.
