  • Flush drain line to ensure proper pitch and clear of debris
  • Check condensate pump operation

  • Visual inspect indoor coil
  • Visual check of blower motor, Visual Belt inspection
  • Check readily accessible ductwork for air leaks, kinks, or damage
  • Check all capacitors, contactors, and controls for proper readings, pits, or burns
  • Inspect and rinse outdoor coil for proper airflow
  • Record Amp draw of condenser motor and compressor
  • Inspect fan blade for cracks or defects
  • Check Temperature Difference
  • Check for any unusual vibration or loose parts
  • Complete system operations sequence check
