The estimate that they gave me was very fair. They came when they were supposed to and had my new HVAC system installed in one day. The guys that installed it were very professional. I would highly recommend All American Heating & Air again. Very pleased.

All American has serviced and installed our systems across three homes. Each of their technicians have been very professional and personable. If they suggest a repair, you can trust that it is indeed necessary. Over the past couple of years, we have been fortunate to have Grayson (Tech) work with us - he is very thorough. And it has been a pleasure to talk to Natalie every 6 months for scheduling. We highly recommend All American.

The technicians always deliver great service. I have never had any issues and they are always so professional. Justin did a great job and was a pleasure to work with, especially when he had to pivot and use an alternative solution which worked out fine in the end.

All American Heating & Air came out to our house the Friday morning I called them and we're very proactive when communicating. They solved an issue a prior company was unable to adequately address and did not try to upsell us on anything. They were very friendly and helpful in a pinch!

The technician was right on time. He was very efficient and checked out my system in and outside. I'm very pleased with this company. Although he found no problems I'm hoping that should issues develop later that the service is as good as this time.

I highly recommend this company. I don’t normally write reviews, but All American has been so great to work with that i really want to support them. I started using All American when I bought my house 4 years ago. The previous owner recommended them because the house had a very old system and they had been keeping it working for years. They never tried to push a new system on me, like other companies, but respected my need to get the most life out of the old system. When I came time to get a new system, they were easy to work with, fast, and professional and the price was very competitive. I signed up for the regular service and they are pleasantly persistent when I fail to respond. The woman who calls (I can’t think of her name) is SO nice and really knows how to create a good working relationship with their clients.

I received a call from reception in advance of my Tech showing up to give me a heads up on the time they would be arriving. She was very pleasant and helped me with some questions. DJ (my Technician) was on time, did a thorough job and was beyond courteous. He was extremely polite and helpful. Great experience. Thank you!

Easy to obtain a service appointment to replace a furnace part. Justin, our technician, was able to come a bit earlier than scheduled. He did an excellent job and we are very happy with the service provided. Price was exactly as quoted. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

My HVAC unit was making a noise and when I called they sent someone out the same day. Josh was professional and explained everything. They fixed my unit very quickly and now we have heat. I'd recommend All American to my friends and neighbors.

Scheduled online and was promptly contacted within minutes. A home inspection was arranged for the following day. The knowledgeable young man assigned was thorough, tidy, and provided clear explanations. What more could you ask for? I'll definitely use All American again.

I have been using this company for a year and a half. From the front office to the service techs, these guys are awesome! Natalie in the front office has always been wonderful. I have worked with a few different techs and the most recent being Lex who was the best yet. This team is very professional, responsive, and informative. Since day one they have always been honest, keeping our best interest in mind. I pay for the one year service contract and I will say it is very worth it. Just a great group of people!

Showed up on time and did a good job helping with an issue I caused with a new thermostat. One issue was seen after leaving, but they sent another person over very quickly to fully resolve the problem. Both Jordan and Josh were great to talk with.

We used All American Heating and Air in 2021 to install our new Trane system. The sales process and installation was great. Today we had an issue when the system suddenly stopped cooling. I called around 3:00 on a Friday and the tech was out to unclog our drain line within an hour and a half! Jonathan was prompt and professional and was able to complete the repair quickly. We really appreciate the quality of service they offer and how prompt they are for their customers.

Grayson fixed my heating issue and was very thorough, explaining what the issue was and his solution. This is the third time I've had someone from All American on a call, and they have all been excellent technicians. Highly recommend All American.

I made a late call for diagnostic service on my AC unit. All American not only was able to fit me into the schedule, but waited when I was running late from work. Jordan the technician was helpful and explained everything he was doing. I've had pleasant interactions with both the call service person and technician. I would definitely consider using them again.
